The work comes if the crew has not briefed whether the miss will be via raw
data or LNAV...and who will switch what when. In the brief for the approach,
I find that often the missed approach gets a short focus. This is, no doubt,
due to the crew having a high landing expectancy. I try to advise guys that
the whole procedure goes from the initial approach fix to the holding fix.
It *may* be interrupted by a landing <G>.
