Just wondering if there was ever a bottom line on the 1+1 for us
unfrozen-caveman-pilot types. Does anyone have any graspable tools to
recognize when synergy has turned to the dark side.
When I brought this up at my last CRM refresher, most answers
focused on the credibility of the input. (I.E. we can trust that good
synergy must be the result if the participants are competent) This stinks
of the "halo effect" and I don't like that answer.
So again I pose the question, does anyone have a usable tool to
decide when synergy is turning sour?
