Neal brings out a point that seems to get lost from time to time. CRM is
for all the crewmembers! Say that over and over again! Usually the line
flying examples are brought up with one particular crewmember's point of
view and also usually to justify a point of view or action. A good
discussion of the C -21 approach would have to include the dividing line
between an "I (emphasize I) can make it" and safe pocedures. When is the
ego ahead of the power curve?
