Hi Tony,
I think you said something very important about facing unexpected behaviors
from a team member with whom you have flown many times before. It has
happened to me - both with advanced students who don't react to a situation
which they have always reacted to previously (omission error) AND with pilot
colleagues who get distracted or "off the track" on a given day. We need to
develop scenarios in which one is faced with that kind of "unexpected"
situation.
