Hello Vince,

I couldn't agree with you more ! Professional Skill Training is indeed
part of the tool bag. John Bent had brought up the topic of seemless
training which ties the initial ground school, sim training and final
flight training together. Which are all very important.

But after that, knowing all the numbers and procedures does not
necessarily teach one how to integrate within the crew and work as a
team. Knowing one's limitations and when one is going to take it to
that 'higher level' and say, enough is enough, we have to go around !

Would Professional Skill Training be something that could be added to
LOFT and the additional training of unusual attitude, etc ?

Vince I would be interested in seeing your definition of stabilized
approach criteria ? Would you be willing to share that ?
