You ask a very good question about the CRM Advocate. We were given the
opportunity to put the entire publication run of the Advocate on our web
site by Lou Nemeth, the Advocate's publisher, and felt it would be a
valuable addition to our growing collection of CRM/HF resources.
While the Advocate stopped publication in 1996, many of the articles are
still very timely. As such they are a good reference source.
I would love to be able to continue the CRM Advocate tradition with an
online newsletter. If anyone would like to volunteer to be editor, contact
me directly.
