We discussed including the "identify error"' in our trilogy and decided that the minimize the frequency of error,limit the extent
of error, and cope with error would stick better. Identify would come under an entire different classification as would the topic
of "'errors missed"'. However this was decided on a totally unscientific, personal basis. We also discussed using the word
"'mitigate"' as NASA/UT did but decided that the term probably wasn't in general usage among our crews.
