Yes, and maybe no! i.e. there are huge amounts of stuff on what
are sometimes termed "communications skills", but whether any of it is specific to
aviation contexts I don't know. If you don't find aviation specific materials, I can
help guide you around the stuff that has been developed for medicine (dealing with
difficult patients etc.). I can also verify that the techniques work highly effectively.
For example, effective communication skills can make or break an emergency
physician.
