Hi Mike,

Norm Dowd here at Air Canada CRM/LOFT. I was wondering why I didn't see an Air Canada representative on the ATAC maintenance list
when I was in Houston for the Annual CRM update. Do you know who is interested in this field at Air Canada Maintenance?

I am currently involved in re-writing the Air Canada CRM course.
