There were folks selling the idea that if everyone went to a CRM course we
would have zero accidents. It will take more than CRM to get to zero.
Avoiding accidents is definitely a major thrust of CRM and certainly our
goal is to reduce accidents. That has to be part of the training. In an
AQP world with performance markers and sub markers integrated in each phase
does it make more sense to use the approach that these are things you do as
a professional in place of the old song that if don't do this you are going
to crash and burn.
