Today we have posted "Human Factors - FAA's Guidance and Oversight of
Pilot Crew Resource Management Training Can Be Improved", a report by
the U.S. General Accounting Office. The GAO is the research office for
the U.S. Congress. In this document, they report their findings from an
investigation of FAA's oversight of CRM programs at the 10 largest U.S.
airlines. It also makes comparisons between CRM programs conducted
under FAR 121 and under AQP.
