I am sorry I missed you when you came over here for G Awareness training.
I hope training is going well and maybe I see you later on.

Hello CRM Developers Group,

I was very pleased to see the December book selection is "Beyond Aviation
Human Factors". I read this book as soon as it was published. While
the title suggests something beyond human factors, what I found is that the
authors challenge us to rethink our approach to applying human factors to
improve safety. The practical examples of applied human factors were a
refreshing descent from the ether and abstraction inherent in many academic
papers on CRM and Human Factors. This book certainly prompted me to think
a little differently about the work I was doing. In fact, I was working
in Delta Corporate Human Factors when I read it and promptly purchased 3
additional copies to give/loan to colleagues who were working on human
factors related projects with me. I highly recommend this book!
