Welcome to our group, Linda! Thanks for sharing what you are doing in
your mission crew CRM. It sounds like a very big challenge to change
behavior in only three and a half hours. without giving away the store,
could you share what techniques you are using in your program? We'll
look forward to hearing how the course is received after the first of
the year.
