You will all want to check out March 1997 edition of "THE CONTROLLER",
the official magazine of the International Federation of Air Traffic
Controller's Associations (IFATCA) Volume 36, No.1.
In this edition Bert Ruitenberg, the IFATCA Human Factors Specialist,
discusses Situational Awareness for ATCO's. On the Team Resource
Management course that we are offering to ATC's and FSS , we make very
good use of Ruitenberg's material. I would recommend it as part of any
SA training that you offer.
