I deal in detail with aviation-as-a-profession in my book. (It's on
the website - http://www.caar.db.erau.edu/crm/) An experienced trainer
will have no trouble developing curriculum materials from my lead.
It is an important issue, so much so that I wrote a separate paper,
which highlights (personal) professional responsibilities as they will
be defined in the aftermath of the Cali 757 litigation. (The paper has
excited considerable interest amongst airframe underwriters. Neil is
in the process of posting it on the web site.)
