In response to your request- I have just completed the writing and
production of a Team Resource Management TRM programme for Eurocontrol
for all the ECAC states. It was 2 years (approx) in the planning and 9
months in the development and writing. It has now been delivered and the
training of the facilitators and the customisation for the individual
member states has just begun. What other information do you require.
