Chris,

I have a listing of hazardous attitudes that has been used by some U.S. Air
Force units.

Anti authority Do not like anyone telling them what to do.
Anti establishment Regard rules, regulations, and procedures as
unnecessary or silly.
Impulsive Always in a rush.
Invulnerability "It won't happen to me."
Macho Take unnecessary risks to impress others.
Defensive "I am always right,"--Personally threatened
by other suggestions.
Dictatorial "I'm the boss, what I say, goes
(period)."
Vindictive "I have a secret, but I'd rather watch
you flail."
Nonchalant Lack of discipline, cut corners on established
procedures, Laissez-faire.
Resignation "What the use?", Non committal, sheds
responsibility.
Get Home-itis Must reach destination at all costs.

Hope this helps,
