I am an Areospace Experimental Psychologist with the US Navy. For the
past four years I have been working with Oklahoma State University as a
faculty member teaching both Human Factors and a FAA certified CRM
course. What I need to help you is a clearer definition of what area of
human error management you are looking into. Essentially ALL CRM has as
it's main the management and reduction of human error (as does most
Human Factors work)so the area of error management is rather large.
