John, I am also a newcomer the forum of "crm-devel" and though I have been an
observer up to now, I found your email of particular interest. I am a
Training Check Captain with UPS in Louisville, KY, and also serve on our CRM
Steering Group in course development and instruction. Currently, I am trying
to convince our Training Dept. that we need more assets focused on the HF
issues in commercial aircraft operations. (I would agree that Cali seems to be
a strong testament to this...)

While I am not aware of a Cali meeting specifically, I will keep my eye out

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I apologize for being a late-comer to this forum. My work on the 757 accident
at Cali has consumed this year, and will probably take me well into the new
year.

I heard from Keith Hendy someone is planning a Cali meeting to discuss
viewpoints on this important accident. Does anyone know if this is true, and
how I could arrange to participate? Cali is a market basket of HF lesssons
that need to be shared with the industry, otherwise the system is set to
repeat the tragedy.

Is there a Cali meeting, and is anyone interested in sharing information
about human factors, automation, and a systems analysis for the events?
