I'm new with this group, and I'd like to throw out a couple of
questions. As a bit of introduction, I'm a CRM facilitator, (and have
been for over five years) and have done a lot of work with Latin
American operators. It's fascinating, and very different from CRM in a
European/US/Canadian environment. =20
First, along with JohnT767, I would like to know if there is to be a
Cali meeting. There are a lot of things to be learned there, and I'm
really interested.
Second, I'm interested in communicating with anyone doing similar work
in Latin America. Si se prefiere, podr=EDamos comunicarnos en =

My compliments to the group, and congrats for such good work. This kind
of communication is important.
