Great idea, Greg. I liked it so much I copied it and gave it to all of
my CRM facilitators and asked them how they would debrief and rate the crew
as a group and individually. Kind of a case study for facilitators. They are
to get their inputs back to me by 3 Jan. I should have something for the
develgroup by 15 Jan.
This may also provide some ideas to those of us who are looking for
follow-on training methods to keep the facilitators sharp, refresher
training, if you would.
