We have A320, B737, and B757 manuals (the last thanks to you) and we are
in fact using them for some information. We may be able use them more
extensively to construct timelines. My only concern is that we may come
up with what is SUPPOSED to happen rather than what REALLY happens.

I've been thinking about trying to arrange jumpseat for a long time now,
but I've just never done it. Between having two small daughters at home
and a pretty busy teaching and research schedule, I've just never
pursued it. But I know that I should. I suppose I should have one of my
students do it, but I'm selfish enough to wnat it myself! And I have not
forgotten about the sim training you encouraged me to take. These are
two important items on my agenda. Unfortunately, they have not been
urgent enough to work to the top yet.

Thanks for the encouragement. What I DON'T want to be is a pure
academician whose work has no relevance to the real world. I welcome
your comments and suggestions and will even endure your criticisms. ;-)
Seriously, I welcome criticisms too.

I will look forward to them!

Thanks.
