I am also interested in the metric side of CRM. We are currently going
through the stage of working out the effectiveness of training for CRM.

The topic of LOFT and real scenarios will always generate a considerable
amount of discussion.

As an aside perhaps as a future topic, my interest is the initial training
given to new commands. We have a new course running for a year now and
would be interested to hear the direction and views of other courses. So
far it has recieved favourable reviews.
