I'd say 1.) metrics is the most important topic: how do we know CRM
actually induces behavioural change? 2.Next the simulations, esp low
fidelity, to promote learning of the value of behavioural change; 3.
Not on you r list: determining personality type as a means of
understanding our behaviour tendencies and its correlate:
