Bravo to Bob Kirkpatrick for his comparison of the "expertise" with a video
game and a real aircraft. This also reinforces my advocacy that "full-
fidelity" simulators are not, at least not yet. Until the training goals are
high enough, the devices are good enough, and the commitment is high enough,
the training we produce will never be effective enough.

Not enough said.
