Hello Dave,

Thanks for your reaction on my posting.

In all reactions I sense the same ideas that I have had for a long time now. As
long as operators do not really
support the philosophy behind CRM, chances of lasting success are remote. Over
here a lot of operators organize CRM
courses just for the reason that they can say that they do "something" about it.
These courses are mainly ment for
the flying staff. I think that, when you want real success you need to
"indoctrinate" the whole organisation
with the CRM principles. If you don't do that, people will receive CRM without
any backup thereafter. In my opinion CRM becomes hard to believe in when you see
people around you that do not support the same ideas and principles as the ones
you've just learned.
