I have been tasked to create a CRM bibliography for a group of
instructors. What I had thought would be an easy task has proven to be
challenging, with so much good material out there. I thought it would
be fun to make it a group project and get everyone's inputs.
If you had to pick just five documents (books, research papers,
regulatory documents, magazine articles, etc.) to give to a group of
instructor to help them build expertise on CRM, what would they be?
Keep in mind that many instructors are not used to reading research
papers and usually prefer information to be presented clearly and in an
interesting fashion.
