>Hi my fellow crm`ers..I agree 100 % with Rien said about doing any CRM
training for flight staff only, we are in Brasil implementing a trainig for
all the organization and in all levels, we start with the flight team, of
course, but we intend , when we have develop a commum language ,to put
everyone sharing concepts and training CRM together ( we are thinking to
have join Crm once a year, that means we have a module for joint training
that runs in a year basis..)..
Does anyone are doing the same stuff??
