Hello CRM-developers,

Here are few additional cultural definitions. According to Sarala
(a Finnish researcher) organizational ideology, myth and rite are
important sub-concepts of organizational culture.

* Organizational ideology is the entity formed by internal values,
beliefs and norms of certain organization, based on which the
organization and its members create their understanding of the
organizational goals and tasks and the realities surrounding the
organization.

* Myth is an incorrect belief, which truthfulness has not been
specifically proved. Myths connect the present to the past and give
current practices explanations. They are an important means of power,
which persons and groups use in order to authorize certain attitudes
and functions and they are used to strengthen the prevailing
power structures.

* Rite is a planned and organized function, which has practical
meaning for the social community but which at the same time reflects
the culture of the community.
