Neil you can tell them to come and check every once in a while the crm list
where they can get many ideas to innovate their crm training.Also I find
very interesting many books written by Dr.Reinhard on stress,and many
physical aspects of flying.
There is a great book titled Aircraft Safety and is about accident
investigations analisis and aplications,pretty basic yet vey good to start
out with.It was written by Shari Stamford Krause (Mc Graw-Hill)
