Hello all,
I am new to this forum and have been encouraged reading your comments over
the past few weeks.
Neil Shardlow and myself have been tasked to set up a CRM course for the
company we work for ( Surveillance Australia ). Surveillance Australia ia
the civil contractor for coastwatch surveillance in Australia.
We find ourselves in a unique position in aviation where someone other than
the pilot decides where the aircraft should go.Our pilots are responsible
for the safety of the aircraft and the mission coordinator is responsible
for acheiving the mission objectives, basically he/she decides where the
aircraft should go.
We are also able to operate below LSALT at night within 10 nm of land,
therefore CFIT is a major concern for us.
Neil and i are interested in any workshops, role-playing,CVR's and videos
that may be relevant or of assistance to us
