author reports that an university degree or equivalent tends to be
perceived by some organizations (namely Vereinigung Cockpit and
Asociacion Espanola de Pilotos) as a potential reducer of accidents
involving poor situational awareness. Any members of VC or AEP on this
forum that could expand on this issue?
