As I have noticed some of you are also in the process of building a new CRM
program as are we. I am new to the CRM business so my ideas are fairly
limited. The module I am responsible for is Team Building and Maintenance.
My idea has been to set develop an excercise that can only be completed if
they work as a team.
The excercise should include factors such as:
*Team Inhibitors such as Stress, Fatigue, company cultures etc
*Physical
*Possibly non aviation related (Thai Airways does this)
*Team Effectiveness Markers (NASA&UT)
At the end of the excercise the get to evuluate themselves with the
facilitator using the Team Effectiveness Markers. We involve all of our
departments in our course so I am looking for an idea that will have meaning
for all. If any of you have any ideas or someone I could speak with please
advise. Either way I look forward to all and any comments.
