Hi Gerry,
I was happy to read what you said about "culture." I think "culture-free" has
a very limited meaning in a certain training context. But generally all our
activities in life take place within a "culture." And, as you say, some
cultural mores are more supportive of error management than others.
Personally, I am very interested in "organizational culture" and how that
affects the individual's thinking and decision-making.
