Dear Alejandro:
Our focus has always been to run CRM as a mixed department class. The class
is usually made-up of pilots, flight attendants, maintenance, operations
control (crew scheduling, dispatch and maintenance control) and
administration.
We have taken the view that to get an aircraft from A to B takes alot more
than just the flight crew. And as previously mentioned its a lot of fun and
everyone get to see what each other does. This tends wipe out common
misperceptions. Its a great learning experience for all.
