I was writing an input to this thread, but you got there before I did. Nice
work, 'specially since I agree with you. That is, with one exception. I do not
think there could be a "culture-free" cockpit. If you strip away an
individuals culture, I think you are left with some sort of automon or neutral
being. Ashliegh Merrit and Geert Hofstede' both seem to point to the fact that
dealing with different cultures is more likely than eliminating them.
