training basead on ERROR for our F/A who we intend to be joint since the F/A
has the first module from our training..About your second thought is our
intention to put togheter some CRM skills (decision making,S.A., etc..) for
both groups but be carefull in my opinion you need to establish first a
commun language between the two and more you have to give to both TEAMS( is
another dificult issue , because in our company, as our reserach indicates
,they felt like two different teams playing in a total diferent arena and
with no commun targets)the same objectives and motivation , we are using
SAFETY as a target for our CRM training..
