Neil:
Hello from Guatemala City;
I think that a very useful part of this material is the fact that the human
error in omission or lack of anticipation and proper attention to details
during ground/aerial operations procedures (the number of landings, the
stress caused by this, etc) is shown and stated clearly as a chain of risky
conditions events (just plain comparition between the dormant and active
situations) in this situation. So far it has been very useful for me
during the programs of MRM in the programs I manage.
Cheers
