I am assisting in the development of a cabin crew CRM course and the
question has been raised in the development group about whether Aloha
Airlines 243 (the 737 which lost a large section of the cabin roof) contains
any material that would be useful as a case study. I would like to hear
from anyone who is familiar with the cabin aspects of this accident.
If this accident is relevant, I will also need to borrow a copy of the
accident report so I can copy it quickly.
