The study is designed to examine:
(a) interpersonal communication both inside and outside the cockpit;
(b) leadership and task management;
(c) decision-making skill; and
(d) information acquisition during simulated low-cost multi-crew flight
scenarios.
The use of video feedback and group discussion will be examined with the
aim of developing training tools for line-oriented flight training and
crew resource management to benefit both tertiary aviation programs and
the training of ab initio pilots.
I am particularly after researched articles in VIDEO FEEDBACK, both in
general educational terms and in aviation, and CRM TRAINING FOR AB
INITIO PILOTS.
