In response to Mark Lagier's request for infromation on the CRM Conference,
we had two members who were kind enough to reply with attachments detailing
the conference agenda and registration specifics. Unfortunately, our
mailing list system traps very long messages such as these to avoid long
download times for our members who have low speed modem connections.
