Frustration and anger

Colleagues
I have had an Air Force Reserve colleague ask me if I know of any
literature dealing specifically with frustration and anger and how they
effect performance and safety. Specifically, she seems to be talking
about a build-up of frustration with an organization over time, resulting in
crews to "go to their aircraft mad." I have looked at some of the stress
literature, but haven't pinpointed this topic set yet. Can anyone be of
any help?
