Rogue! so what?

There is a time to prove, and a time to move. . . .

With so much talk about how to identify, recognize, characterize, and
humanize the "rogue" aviator, it's time for the next question:

Peer groups and their "intelligence/rumor" chat service have identified
a rogue among their organization. Schedulers, believe it or not, are usually
the first to get the hint when people quietly tell them "don't schedule me
with that person anymore."

Now that the rogue is known, someone goes to the supervisor of flying
and says, "we have a rogue." The supervisor says "so what?" "He gets the job
done, doesn't he? (are all rogues male?)

Next question?
