Hi Tony,
As a psychologist involved in aviation I have been watching with interest
the discussion on `rogues'. If you do a search in the psychology pages on
the net under sociopathic or anti-social personality or disorder - you may
find some useful material.
These personalities can be screened for during psychological assessment.
