As I read your last message on this thread, I wondered if an organization can
take on the "Rogue" characteristics. Seems like the Wing in Europe involved
in the CT-43 crash at Dubrobnik may fit into the mold. My memory tells me
there aere some special operations units that might fall into that
classification as well. Is there such a thing as a rogue organization or
unit?
