Hello Tony,

I agree with you, Krakauer's Book is an excellent example of the tragic
consequences of poor situational awareness as well as communication and team
breakdown. Although the setting is in a Mount Everest expedition, the
fundamental principals apply just as well. The book is an awesome read. I
read the book a couple of months ago and I still reflect on the profound
nature of the tragedy and the chain of events that preceded it. It would
make for a great review and analysis CRM.
