>>>ICAO the International Civil Aviation Organization actively promotes
joint emergency procedures training for cockpit and cabin crew members.<<<
It is worth pointing out (again) that the JARs are not adopted regulation
and may not be for some time. The regulatory authorities are already
warming up to joint training, though - you might want to take a look at UK
CAA's AIC126/1993 para 6/7 which specifically advocates (but does not
specifically require) integrated training, particularly in emergency
procedures. You may find national regulators more aggressive about this
than JAA - at least faster, since they don't have to formally validate a
dozen official translations!
