On the session I flew we had excellent feedback from the crew. From memory
the main point was the amount of time we had to spend dealing with the
problem presented to us. They gained an appreciation of the time pressures
and maybe a reason why the information and reassuring PA's are sometimes
delayed.
The ideal end result is a greater understanding of each others roles and
workloads and a willingness to share information at a vital time.
