Uniforms in Simulators

Believe it or not, there are even some military aircrews who go to simulator
refresher training, and may or may not wear their uniforms. One particular
type of aircraft, which really has no compatible simulator, attends their
contract training without wearing the same attire they'd use in the actual
aircraft. So, what's the effect?
They are also the ones who think two hours of drill is better than four.
They also resist "having" to know what is written in the flight manual.
They complain the most about the state of affairs of management.
They choose to not do their training if they don't like their schedule.
I could go on and on; it is basically a problem with ATTITUDE. Has there
ever been a study to corellate cavalier attitudes with poor performance as an
aviator.
If aviators don't take the training seriously, will they take
"professionalism in the cockpit" seriously?
