I recommend you apply the 'cure for the common cold' test. If I sell
pills that claim to cure the common cold, and they are later found to be
useless, then I'll get thrown in jail. In any form of training,
pre-course analysis of existing skills/knowledge/attitudes must be
compared with post-courswe levels. If there is no change, then... If
there is progress, they deserve their reward. Either way, the onus to
prove effectiveness lies with the designer/seller. No matter how weird
the training might look (juggling cats), if it has proven effectiveness,
it's worthy. Now, as to a test of CRM skills....
